Community IOP for Skokie

Intensive outpatient care for young men and families from Skokie, Illinois.

Close to Home in Skokie

Skokie families are a short drive from our Northfield office by the Edens Expressway. Because clients live at home during IOP, a quick commute helps make three group days a week sustainable.

Providence Farm Community IOP is an intensive outpatient program for men ages 18 to 32. Clients live at home and attend group three days a week, three hours a day, with individual therapy and family involvement built in. Recovery happens at work, at school and at the dinner table, so we keep treatment rooted in the communities our clients already belong to.

For Families and Referring Clinicians

Families from Skokie are part of the process from the first call. If a young man already has a therapist, psychiatrist or school counselor, they stay in the picture, and we keep ongoing communication with outside providers so care stays coordinated.
