Community IOP for Chicago

Intensive outpatient care for young men and families from Chicago, Illinois.

Close to Home in Chicago

Our Northfield office sits directly off the Edens Expressway, which runs straight north from the city, so getting to us from Chicago is straightforward. We welcome young men and families from neighborhoods across the city and the greater Chicago area.

Providence Farm Community IOP is an intensive outpatient program for men ages 18 to 32. Clients live at home and attend group three days a week, three hours a day, with individual therapy and family involvement built in. Recovery happens at work, at school and at the dinner table, so we keep treatment rooted in the communities our clients already belong to.

For Families and Referring Clinicians

Families from Chicago are part of the process from the first call. If a young man already has a therapist, psychiatrist or school counselor, they stay in the picture, and we keep ongoing communication with outside providers so care stays coordinated.
