Intensive outpatient care for young men and families from Lake Forest, Illinois.
From Lake Forest, the drive south to Northfield is direct by I-94 and the Edens, or by I-294. Families on the northern edge of the North Shore often choose us because the commute stays manageable while treatment stays close to home.
Providence Farm Community IOP is an intensive outpatient program for men ages 18 to 32. Clients live at home and attend group three days a week, three hours a day, with individual therapy and family involvement built in. Recovery happens at work, at school and at the dinner table, so we keep treatment rooted in the communities our clients already belong to.
Our offices sit directly off the Edens Expressway, close to I-294. If you are wondering whether we are a realistic option, reach out. We are happy to talk through travel time, schedules, and what getting here consistently would look like for you.

Families from Lake Forest are part of the process from the first call. If a young man already has a therapist, psychiatrist or school counselor, they stay in the picture, and we keep ongoing communication with outside providers so care stays coordinated.
